1) Who We Are

This site is owned and operated by Lavender Snow LLC (“Lavender Snow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to your use of our website and to any purchases you make through our invoicing process.

2) Using This Website

You agree to use our site lawfully and respectfully. You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to inquire about or purchase products.

3) Products, Availability & Pricing

We do our best to keep information accurate and current. Pricing and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit or decline orders at our discretion.

4) Orders & Payment

  • How orders are placed: Purchases are arranged by text or email and invoiced through Square.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, cash/check (in person), and Zelle.

  • Card fee: A 5% fee is added to all credit/debit card payments processed via Square.

  • Zelle: No card fee applies when paying via Zelle.

  • Payment timing: Orders are fulfilled after payment is received/cleared.

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Claims

  • Carriers: We typically ship via FedEx. If the delivery address is a P.O. Box, we ship via USPS.

  • Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, which are added to the invoice.

  • Risk of loss: Once a package is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • Lost or damaged shipments: Please file a claim directly with the carrier first (FedEx or USPS). After you receive the claim outcome, email the claim details and outcome to Lavender Snow. We will review case by case to determine if a replacement is appropriate.

6) Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including on custom orders.

  • Replacements for lost/damaged items are considered case by case after a completed carrier claim (see Section 5).

7) Ingredients, Sensitivities & Wellness Disclaimer

Our products are crafted with care. Everyone’s skin and sensitivities are unique, so we recommend a small patch testbefore full use. Our products and website content are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications, consult your healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of Lavender Snow LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavender Snow LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
