No More Pain — How to Use
For optimum results, apply No More Pain to clean, dry skin.
Do not apply over prescription medications, lotions, or creams.
Other products on the skin can impact absorption or block effectiveness.
General Application
Saturate the area of discomfort — do not spot treat.
Allow the serum to fully soak in.
Note the time of application for each area you apply it to.
Knee, Leg, or Lower Body Pain
Saturate all around the knee.
Apply 3 inches above and 3 inches below the painful area.
Visualize the point on your spine directly opposite your belly button.
Apply to the cluster of nerves opposite the belly button, starting 2–3 inches above and working down to the tailbone.
Wrist, Arm, Shoulder, or Upper Body Pain
Saturate the area where you feel pain.
Also apply to the nerve cluster that impacts the upper body.
Reach to the base of the skull, known as the occipital ridge.
Apply along the occipital ridge and massage 1–2 inches into the scalp above it.
Continue applying from the occipital ridge down to C7 (the largest vertebra at the base of the neck).
Bring the application around the neck, including the carotid artery areas.
Thumb, Finger, or Arthritis Pain
Apply around the wrist.
Apply halfway up the forearm.
Saturate the entire finger, not just the painful joint.
Allow the serum to fully absorb.
Reapplication Guidelines
If pain is not 100% relieved within 5 minutes, apply a second layer.
When discomfort begins to return, reapply and note how many hours have passed.
Reduce reapplication time by 2–3 hours to stay pain-free.
Timing will vary by person and by body part.
With continued use, many customers notice they need less frequent applications over time.
