Where do I apply the K-9 calm?
Using your hands, gently massage the K-9 calm liberally to the ear flap (Pinna) of the dog. Can be reapplied as needed.
What is the best time to apply K-9 Calm?
Anytime! If possible, apply 20-30 minutes before a stress related event. ie. Weather, Fireworks, Vet visits, or even before guests come to the home.
What is the ear flap/pinna?
The outer ear consists of the ear flap (also called the pinna), which can be upright (a prick ear) or floppy. The ear flap funnels sound into the ear canal. Unlike humans that have a short ear canal, dogs have a long narrow ear canal that makes an almost 90-degree bend as it travels to the deeper parts of the ear.

Do I need to clean my dog’s ears
Yes. Keep the ears clean. Do not insert anything into the ear canal. For additional assistance or guidance on cleaning, contact your veterinarian.
Are there any chemicals in K-9 calm?
No! As with all Lavender Snow products, it is organic, vegan, cruelty free, gluten free and of course chemical free.
